On a prime piece of property in Morton Grove, two outdated houses stood side by side, ready to make way for something extraordinary. The project began with a full-scale demolition, carefully dismantling the structures to clear the land for an expansive 10,000-square-foot custom home. The new residence began to take shape, featuring a grand entryway, soaring ceilings, and a glass elevator designed for both luxury and functionality.
