We had to add additional support to the current roof joists to support the new store fronts for Teddy Rose and America’s Custom Home Builders.

We have had the ceiling tiles and drywall removed along to get prepared for adding additional support to the front on the building to support a new facade and parapet wall.

The existing roof was torn off and a new TPO flat roof was installed on the new strip mall.

The parking lot has been paved and the parking lot strips have been painted.  Now we w need to wait at least 7 days before driving on the new asphalt.

We will be giving Teddy Rose Hair Salon and Day Spa and America’s Custom Home Builders a new look over the next few months.

We have added temporary shoring at each end of the warehouse and are adding additional lateral support to the outside walls before we can excavate.

The new water service is inside the building and we are back filling where we ran the new water lines from the street to the building with stone.

The concrete vault has been installed to protect the valve at the water main in the street, we have brought the water line to the building and are digging inside the building to install the new water line.

We have tapped into the main water line across the street and are bringing the new water line to the building.

Demolition has been completed and we have started to frame new walls.

We have started the storm work to replace two existing sinking storm basins in the parking lot.

Tuck pointing and power washing of the original building makes the building look brand new again.

These are pictures of the kitchen cabinets after installation and a picture of the original cabinets.

We have started to demolish the walls to create the wellness area, real life room and the cat feeding and laudry area.

We have completed the siding and paver work.  We are starting to landscape now.

Now that the front door and the exterior light fixtures have been installed, we can finish wrapping the columns and complete the siding in the front entry way.

The driveway is in and we have started the paver work on the front porch and the driveway border.

The curved bridal staircase is custom built out of cherry wood.

We are installing the doors, casing, base and crown moldings.

The tubing below the concrete is being installed.

We have installed all the hardwood flooring and we are ready to start the finish work (installing doors, casing and baseboards)

We are installing 4″ red oak at our spec home in Glenview.

After the concrete cures, we are ready to begin framing.

The roof has been cut so that the demolition can begin to remove 1/2 of the existing warehouse to create 8 store fronts.

We are building the platforms that will be covered with carpet for 3 rows of seating.

We are adding additional steel supports to brace the wall and roof since we had to remove a column that was hidden in a wall that was demolished.

The pavers are made from the same stone that is on the house.  It is called Valder’s Stone.

We are redirecting the water to the pop-up emitters in the yard so that the rain water will be way from the house.

These are custom cabinets built by Specialty Woodworking Inc.  All of the cabinets in the house are custom.
