We have painted the walls and have put epoxy on the basement floor.  Here are after and before pictures.

The lumber has been delivered and the framing has begun.

We have sanded, stained and put 2 coats of polyurethane.  The floors look brand new again!  Here are after and before pictures.

We will be ready to install the gutters after the fascia and soffits have been painted.

We have started to remove all the existing ceiling tiles, electrical conduits and HVAC duct work.

Our new porch will need new larger footings so we are removing the original footings.

We have moved the RPZ values and have made the new fire sprinkler water connections to the existing Shalimar banquet hall.

We have laid down gravel and compacted it and are now ready to pour the concrete for the new sidewalk.

We are going to begin complete interior renovations on a house in Winnetka.

We need to move the existing RPZ’s from the sprinkler room that will be demolished to the new sprinkler room location.

There are violations on these porches in Chicago and they need to be rebuilt to meet the current building codes.

We have begun excavation and framing of the new sidewalk in the Village of Golf.

We will be installing new soffits, fascia and gutters in Glenview.

We have passed all the rough inspections and can now start insulating the house.

We have applied a waterproofing membrane in the showers and have installed the electric floor heat.

We have completed all the rough work and are now ready for inspection.

We have cleared the brush and trees and the surveyor has been out to stake out the new sidewalk.

We are installing Brazilian cherry hardwood throughout the house.

We are now ready to install the quartz countertop.

We are using white trim with the Deep Ocean color Hardie board siding to complement our stone color.

We have installed the Valder’s stone and limestone on the bay areas on our Custom Home in Morton Grove.

We are installing the cabinets, doors and trim.

Now that the rigid insulation has been installed we can start installing the Hardie board siding.

We had to move the water line from the portion of the building that is being demolished to the new water/sprinkler room so that we can begin demolition.

Before we could turn on the new fire sprinkler service, we need to perform a water flush test and a chlorination test for the fire department.  The new fire sprinkler service is up and running.

The existing fire sprinkler water service is in the portion of the building that we are demolishing.  We had to excavate and run a new water line to the new sprinkler room.

We have installed the stairs and the trim around the doors, windows and floor is being installed.

The limestone has been delivered so that we can continue with the brick work in Chicago.

With the rough framing done, we can now have the HVAC, plumbing and electrical work start.

The arched window has been put together and is now ready to install in the front.

We will be cutting about 1/3 of the warehouse to make room for parking along North Ave.  We will have to move the Fire Protection water service from the section of the building that is going to be demolished.

We have started the stone work on our Spec Home at 937 Echo Lane in Glenview.

We had to use a bobcat with a concrete carrier to bring the concrete to the back yard patio and garage.

The gravel has been compacted and the wire mesh has been laid down and we can now pour the concrete.

The next step will be to prime the walls and start the finish work.

The basement slab has been poured.  They have put control joints uniformly across the basement floor and then they do the final smoothing concrete smoothing by hand.

The flooring has been delivered and now needs to sit and acclimate for minimally 5 days before it can be installed.

We have compacted and leveled gravel at the bottom of the basement.  We have installed a vapor barrier between the gravel and the concrete and then we have put down wire mesh.

We have completed the stone work, poured the concrete chimney caps and installed the chimney pots on our Custom Home project in Morton Grove.
